Job Description

Fox Racing is looking for a Product Graphic Designer who’s ready to push what product graphics can be. You’ll design the visuals that show up where it matters on the gear. From tees and fleece to helmets, gloves, and jerseys, your work will define the look and feel of Fox across lifestyle and performance product.

We want creatives who live for product, not marketing decks. Artists, illustrators, and designers who bring fresh energy, strong taste, and real execution.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Graphics & Color and is based out of our Irvine office.

As the Graphic Designer, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Design Product Graphics: Create original, bold artwork for apparel, helmets, gloves, and trims.
  • Develop Concepts: Turn sketches or ideas into production-ready graphics that hit hard.
  • Color & Application: Build color stories that elevate the product and connect across categories.
  • Print-Ready Art: Deliver clean, accurate files for print, embroidery, sublimation, decals, and transfers.
  • Development Communication: Work directly with Teams to ensure artwork translates perfectly in production.
  • Collaboration: Partner with color, apparel, and helmet teams to keep the line consistent and dialed.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay sharp on culture, art, and sport—bring new energy into every season.
  • Project Ownership: Handle multiple projects, keep deadlines, and maintain the quality Fox is known for.
