This position works to build and optimize systems and processes to ensure efficient, effective and legally compliant functions. This includes a heavy emphasis on system administration for the entire Workday System that includes workflows, integrations, triggers, system documentation, business process, user training and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required. 
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience implementing and managing HR systems required. Workday experience required.  Recruiting, HCM, staffing/scheduling, and payroll module experience preferred. 
  • Prior integration experience preferred.  Prior knowledge of XLST, REST, SOAP programming preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly resolve issues and concerns through strong problem-solving and analytical skills, solid project management skills, and sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven record of accomplishment of effectively interfacing, training, and presenting information to multiple levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee records retention required.  Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the system meets organizational needs and goals required.
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy

Job Specific Duties:

  • Oversees implementation and ongoing administration of Workday system and associated modules in conjunction with IS team.  Maintains strong vendor relationships and identifies when to engage the vendor to address questions or resolve issues.
  • Designs and implements integration with other non-Workday systems, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborates with appropriate teams to provide Workday user training.  Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users.  Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation.
  • Maintains and ensures quality assurance of HR data, reports and metrics. Implements updates in conjunction with IS team.
  • Collaboratively develops accessible custom reports or reporting tools that provide relevant, insightful human capital information, highlighting key trends in human capital dynamics, to HR team and other leaders.    
  • Provides specific, complex reports in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners and other internal customers.
  • Creates compliance-related reports.  Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements along with human resources related regulations.
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users.  Creates employee self-service tools. 
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in  providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Effectively influences and collaborates with the Talent/HR team to deliver valuable tools and impact across the organization.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
