As the Brand Manager for Tommy Hilfiger, you’ll be at the heart of driving the brand’s growth and positioning within our Hub. You’ll become the ultimate expert and ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger (within your division) — inspiring internal teams and external partners alike with a consistent, compelling Brand presence. A day in the life of a Manager Brand Tommy Hilfiger (m/f/x):
- Execute the strategic direction of the brand / division(s) in the West Hub, aligning with EMEA guidelines and local market needs
- Collaborate with sales department and/ or wholesale partners to understand seasonal product and merchandising requirements
- Translate regional product strategies into actionable initiatives that meet local market demands
- Support the analysis of sales performance, market data, and customer insights to optimize assortments
- Work closely with merchandising, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and execution
- Assist in improving processes related to assortment planning, budget tracking and campaign delivery
What do we need from you? You have:
- 5+ years of merchandising/ sales experience, preferably within a global fashion, consumer, or lifestyle brand environment
- Strong understanding of key merchandising KPIs including sell-through, stock turnover and GMROI
- Experience analyzing channel-specific performance (eCommerce vs. brick & mortar) and tailoring assortments accordingly
- Proven ability to manage product availability and support efficient inventory flow
- Knowledge of margin drivers and experience supporting margin improvement through product mix, pricing and markdown strategies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power Point and business intelligence tools like Tableau
- Solution-oriented, collaborative and proactive working style
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
