Who You Are:

With experience in performance management, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation, you ensure consistent application of HR practices while building trusted partnerships across the organization.
What You’Ll Do:
As a function lead, you support to align each brand’s people strategy with their business strategy
To support each brand’s growth strategy, you will play both administrative expert and a people
Champion, a change agent and a strategic partner for the business.
Together with line managers, you will work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business
results. responsible for overall HR duties
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Hr Team Leadership
- Manage and develop the HR leadership team to provide best in class support within their areas of responsibility
- Work with global stakeholders to ensure the team has the right tools and information
Hr Operations
Overall Management Of
- Payroll, tax, social securities, retirement pension, audit and budgeting processes
- Compensation and benefit policies and administration
- Employee life cycle & communication (hiring, leave, resignation, etc.)
- HRIS system (Workday) compliance
- Internal communication
- Adhoc business reporting
Organizational Design and Workforce Planning
- Provide recommendations for organizational changes to help grow the business, react to changing business conditions or support strategy changes
- Execute on agreed org changes and subsequent change management
Global Point of Contact
- Korean point of contact for global initiatives, communication and change management for Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and Capri Holdings
Employee Relations
- Conduct investigations for high profile or more complex ER situations
- Provide advice, coaching and lead decision making on disciplinary matters
- Respond to Labor Authority Audits and Investigations
Engagement
- Contribute to the roll out of the Engagement Survey roll out, execution, results analysis, communication and action planning
- Provide recommendations and seek approval for engagement activities to increase morale and improve retention
Talent
- Manage the annual performance and pay review process, liaise with leadership team to propose merit increases and promotions
- Lead the Talent Review and Succession Planning processes to create succession plans for key roles and identify risks
- Oversee Talent Acquisition processes in partnership with the Senior Manager, Capri TA for Japan and Korea to ensure we use diversified sourcing channels, building deep talent pools to recruit high quality and potential candidates for both corporate and retail positions
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of 10 years’ work experience
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in fashion/luxury/retail industry/multinational company preferred
- Strong and clear communication skills verbally and in writing both Korean and English
- Connecting and interpersonal skills, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with
- related stakeholders
- Highly proficient in MS Office programs
