The Opportunity:

  • This is an internal facing and “2nd line” role as part of a collaborative team.
  • The Senior Risk Analyst is responsible for providing proactive, responsive risk advice to divisions. The role reviews work and provides insights/recommendations to support client facing teams with their engagement risk management activities and to successfully navigate and manage risks that may arise from their client work.

Day To Day You Will:

  • Support client facing teams with complex issues and share best practices.
  • Manage the delivery of internal reviews including reviewing findings and developing action plans for resolution.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to continuously improve guidance and processes.
  • Be a strong and positive advocate for the engagement risk management policies and practices, monitor controls and deliver training.
  • Develop guidance to support the business to comply with regulatory and policy requirements.

What You'Ll Bring To The Team:

  • 4+ years of experience in a risk or compliance role, with a strong understanding of applying regulatory frameworks and operational risk management in large organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities, able to manage competing deadlines and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute projects, including stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and delivery of key milestones.
