Job Description
The Global HR Development Partner will collaborate closely with the Global HR Manager to design and implement key HR initiatives across all regions. This role focuses on employee assessment, leadership capability building, training program design, and providing regional HR expertise to ensure compliance and consistency across countries.
You will play a vital role in shaping the company’s approach to people growth, engagement, and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Global HR Manager in executing global HR projects, including performance evaluation systems, competency frameworks, and development programs.
- Design and coordinate training and upskilling initiatives for managers and employees to strengthen leadership, communication, and operational capabilities.
- Advise managers in your region on HR policies, employment law compliance, and people-related best practices.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of global learning frameworks, ensuring consistency while adapting to local contexts.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist teams to ensure a coherent employee lifecycle experience.
- Participate in HR data collection and reporting, supporting continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Promote MO1’s values of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning across all teams
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience & Competencies:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in an international or multi-country setting.
- Proven expertise in learning and development, performance management, or employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and legal frameworks in at least one key region (Americas, Europe, or Asia).
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage global stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strategic thinking and executional drive.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite, HR systems, LMS, and virtual collaboration tools.
