In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the Korean market, identifying marketing opportunities for business growth
- Plan innovative, consumer insight-driven marketing campaign plans that drive user and profit growth
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across all traveler touchpoints with full creative and executional control
- Optimize marketing mix to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across internal and external channels
- Uncover consumer insights based on strong consumer understanding, seasonality, and business metrics
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and other local BD teams to ensure the planning and operations align with overall business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analysis and BI skills, optimizing campaigns and projects to improve customer experience and conversion rates
- Drive alignment with designers based on a clear understanding of local marketing design preference and trends
- 10+ years’ experience in e-commerce, online or consumer marketing, with knowledge of the local travel industry being a plus
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate campaign performance. Ability to identify key issues or growth opportunities based on data
- Resilient under pressure, highly collaborative, adaptable to change, and thrives in dynamic, constantly evolving settings
- Strong leadership and team player with the ability to work across multiple business units, a fast-paced, startup, or scale-up environment
- Communication skills in both English and Korean
