Digital Marketing & E-commerce Strategist

This is a remote position.

• Mondays to Saturdays, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 7:00 to 8:30 pm, Sydney time (around 3.5 hours daily)
• 20 hours per week

• Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week minimum
• Flexible scheduling with preference for split hours (morning and afternoon)
• Ongoing role with potential for increased hours as business grows

• Establish and manage social media presence across Instagram and TikTok platforms
• Set up and optimize Shopify store and Facebook business page
• Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings
• Generate leads through various digital marketing channels
• Create and manage digital content targeting multiple demographics (athletes, families, young professionals)
• Develop marketing campaigns that highlight the portable, travel-friendly nature of products
• Monitor and engage with online communities across social platforms
• Support the transition from private setup to public launch of the business

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing and management
• Proficiency with Shopify platform setup and optimization
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation
• Experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation and management
• Knowledge of Facebook business page management and advertising
• Lead generation experience across digital channels
• Ability to create content for diverse target audiences
• Strong communication skills and creative thinking
