Responsibilities:
- Support and execute quantitative and qualitative market research studies, including survey programming, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage sampling, data collection oversight, cleaning, and reporting for Patient Satisfaction–Experience Surveys (PSS) on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Conduct competitor and market intelligence studies, including pricing analysis, service benchmarking, and mystery shopping.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual research and performance reports for leadership review.
- Lead and manage the work of Research Assistants, data collectors, volunteers, and interns to ensure timely and quality outputs.
- Conduct primary and secondary research including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and literature reviews.
- Maintain and update research databases, sampling frameworks, and email lists to ensure accurate data management.
- Collate and analyse feedback from patients and campaigns to generate actionable market insights for MarCom.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support evidence-based communication and campaign planning.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional research and reporting standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of research processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
You Should Have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Market Research.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, or related analytical roles. Experience with healthcare or service industry research will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of primary and secondary research methodologies, including survey design, sampling, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and statistical tools such as SPSS or equivalent software.
- Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to apply analytical formulas effectively.
- Impeccable attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, responsible, and ethical approach to work, demonstrating honesty and integrity at all times.
