Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Scrum Master - R&D

In this role, you will be the driving force behind team success, fostering an environment where innovation thrives, and delivery is seamless. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum, while motivating team members to overcome challenges and exceed expectations. By removing impediments, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication, you’ll enable teams to grow professionally and achieve their goals. Your role will be pivotal in balancing the needs of stakeholders with the team’s capacity, ensuring timely delivery of high-value products, and nurturing a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
1.    Facilitate Agile Practices - Champion Agile principles by inspiring teams to embrace collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement while facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies; optimize and refine Agile processes to suit team needs, balancing flexibility and structure to enhance productivity and drive innovation; empower self-organizing teams to take ownership of workflows, foster cross-team collaboration, and resolve impediments to ensure value delivery.
2.    Foster Team Growth and Collaboration - Create a positive and productive team environment, nurturing trust, open communication, and shared accountability; Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure teams can operate at their best; Mentor team members to develop their Agile mindset and grow professionally.
3.    Promote Effective Communication - Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication of goals, priorities, and progress; Maintain transparency on project timelines and risks while fostering alignment on deliverables.
4.    Drive Delivery and Innovation - Support the team in balancing innovation with high-quality, on-time delivery; Facilitate brainstorming sessions and encourage experimentation to unlock creative solutions.
5.    Metrics and Continuous Improvement - Track team performance and use insights to foster better workflows and processes; Introduce tools and techniques that empower teams to deliver value efficiently.

• Qualifications we seek in you!
• Minimum Qualifications / Skills
•     Relevant number of year's experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, ideally in innovative and fast-paced organizations.
•     Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
•     Proven ability to guide teams through challenges, fostering collaboration and ownership.
•     Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•     Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
•     Advanced certifications like SAFe Scrum Master or PSM II.
•     Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
