About The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.
This role will work as part of our Rural Real Estate Marketing team and play an active role in marketing and promotions of Elders Rural Real Estate listing and brand campaigns through consistent and market leading creative execution.
Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing print and digital marketing and communication materials to promote the Elders brand and business values, through:
- Lead the execution of high-value listing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign strategy and the execution of integrated, multi-channel lead generation campaigns for our network of 300 offices, while developing scalable graphic design solutions and templates to ensure brand consistency across the business
- Leverage strong social media expertise to create engaging, on-brand content and campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook driving audience growth, engagement, and lead generation
- Provide support on creative direction and best practice approach for campaign assets;
- Support the development of brand guidelines ensuring creative concepts can be replicated and rolled out across multiple scenarios;
- Apply well-developed analytical skills to review and evaluate designs and their effectiveness for a range of channels; and
- Ensure all projects and requests are completed with high quality and on schedule.
About You
- To be successful in this position you will require:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar graphic design position
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design
- Advanced level experience with the Adobe CC
- Video Editing Skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines, high volume of incoming requests and deliver work to the highest quality
- Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
- Experience in real estate industry is desirable but not necessary.
