Sales Coordinator

NSF is seeking to add a Sales Coordinator to join its growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with lead generation and lead distribution to the sales team, utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support sales process and interacting with customers to gather information related to the sales opportunity. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a hybrid capacity based out of our Ann Arbor headquarters.

• Responsible for supporting business development
• Assist with lead generation and lead distribution to sales team
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support sales process/sales lead process
• Generate reporting to track/support salespeople Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Utilization of analytics to support sales process and sales efficiencies
• Support sales process, activities, industry events
• Assist customers with problem solving
• Help produce sales through following-up on sales leads
• Generate business leads through warm calling and quoting all with the purpose of increasing sales activity
• Interacting with customers to gather information related to the sales opportunity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with AI usage
• Proficient with analytics
• Proficient with CRM (Salesforce a plus)
• 4-year degree
• Strong attention to detail to enter customer data with perfect accuracy
