About The Role

In this full-time role based in our Broadbeach office, you will work closely with our senior brokers, lenders, and clients to help manage the finance broking process from initial consultation to loan settlement. You’ll assist our finance brokers in sourcing, preparing, and submitting loan applications, providing essential support to ensure a smooth and efficient service for our clients.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and an ability to handle sensitive financial information in a professional and discreet manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify loan documentations for accuracy, including loan amount, type, interest rate and loan term.
  • Issue loan documents, ensuring clients receive correct documents and liaise with solicitors for execution.
  • Following up clients for outstanding items for their loan applications.
  • Track signed documents and follow up with clients and banks for outstanding items.
  • Confirm client contributions and manage fund transfers.
  • Liaise with solicitors, lenders, and clients to coordinate timely and smooth settlements, answer queries and provide updates.
  • Maintain client files: ensure that all client records are kept up-to-date with all records for settlement activity are properly filed in our CRM system.
  • Market research: assist brokers with market research, including interest rates, loan products, and competitor offerings to provide the best advice to clients.
  • Compliance: ensure all finance processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Support our team of 4 Finance Brokers with ad-hoc tasks as required.

About You

  • A recent university graduate, or early career professional with a keen interest in a finance/broker career.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • A top attitude and work ethic.
  • Naturally motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and accountable for performance.
  • Confident with drive to succeed.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently ensuring all clients have a seamless experience.
  • A positive attitude towards learning.
  • Ability to meet weekly and monthly KPI's.
