Your Role:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our Acratex team. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the Digital and Communications Manager across a range of digital and communications initiatives — from managing social media campaigns and CRM communications to assisting with website and content management.
You’ll play an integral role in shaping how customers, consumers, and stakeholders experience our brand online. Working closely with the sales team and broader marketing network, you’ll help deliver seamless, engaging, and impactful campaigns that drive business outcomes and build brand connection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support digital marketing and communications initiatives across web, social media, and CRM platforms.
- Manage content updates for the website and Acratex App, ensuring engaging and consistent brand messaging.
- Assist with CRM and automation campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate and support content creation, including case studies, articles, and social posts.
- Provide administrative support for customer experience activities, warranties, and training projects.

Skills & Experience
- A graduate with working experience, ready to take the next step in their marketing career.
- Degree-qualified or with relevant hands-on experience — formal qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; Canva or similar tools a plus.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to a team-focused environment
