The Graphic Designer will be part of our Global Occupier Services (GOS) team, collaborating closely with the proposal team, knowledge management (KM), sales leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).This role requires a creative, detail-oriented professional who can transform complex concepts into clear, visually compelling solutions. The Graphic Designer will develop presentations, proposals, and client-focused deliverables that effectively communicate key messages and support business development efforts across multiple industries worldwide.

About The Role:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while ensuring exceptional organization and time management.
- Safeguard and uphold Cushman & Wakefield’s brand identity across all creative outputs.
- Design and deliver high-quality visual materials (presentations, proposals, print/production assets) from concept to completion, independently and collaboratively.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, client-focused visuals, developing idea boards and aligning creative direction with client research and brand values.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, sales, SMEs, and global colleagues), maintaining strong communication and stakeholder management throughout projects.
About You:
- Graduate with 3–5 years’ experience, preferably in a corporate environment such as sales, proposal management, or marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams); advanced PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional) with proven design capability.
- Strong organizational and technical adaptability, with enthusiasm to learn new tools (e.g., video editing, UI, Ceros).
- Collaborative and detail-oriented, able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
