Supplier Quality Engineer

职责概述：

负责提升供应基础的质量和能力水平，以支持公司的增长和盈利，确保拥有合适成本、质量、技术和服务的合适供应基础。

主要工作职责：

建立和维护供应商评分卡。 根据评分卡制定供应商绩效和流程能力改进项目计划，并领导该计划的实施。 领导和支持供应商审核（PSA、年度审核、特别审核及其他），包括规划、执行和不合规纠正后续。 计划和组织SQE培训和供应商培训。 支持工厂质量问题的解决。 在供应基础的风险管理方面支持商品经理，例如供应商并购、财务困难、诉讼、产能和人员不稳定性。 制定并实施供应商质量控制流程的持续改进计划。 收集相关的政府法规和政策，并就如何合规提供建议。 其他需要的职责。

任职资格要求：

积极主动，优秀的谈判技巧。具备战略视角和系统思维能力。团队合作精神。与合资企业和其他业务单元的高效沟通能力。高道德标准和诚信水平。 本科以上学历；研究生学历优先 在采购、质量、项目管理、产品设计或制造工程领域有三到五年的逐步负责的工作经验。 必须具备计算机技能，包括使用Excel和Powerpoint  流利的英语和普通话
