About the role
Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our pre-opening team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruitment process by assisting the TA Manager with applicant screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in Workday. This role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process through strong attention to detail, organization, and communication with both candidates and hiring teams.

What you will do

• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with day-to-day recruiting activities
• Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure all candidate records and requisitions are accurately maintained in Workday
• Assist in posting jobs and tracking applicant flow
• Help create a smooth, positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus)
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred

Schedule & Hours:

This is a temporary, contract position, with an expected commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.
