About The Role

As Database Administrator (DBA) at Eneve, you will become one of the two key experts at the heart of our database landscape. Together, you’ll shape the future of our SQL environment, guide the transition from Oracle to Sequel, and ensure our data structures are ready for what’s next.

You’ll manage, optimize, and secure our databases while helping define the right architecture and tools for the coming years. A big part of your mission: building structure, bringing consistency, and leading our move toward Flyway, the tool we’ll use to standardize DBA deployments.

This is a role for someone who not only understands database management but also wants to think ahead about how our systems grow, how versions evolve, and how we keep everything clean and efficient.

You’Ll Work On

• Managing and maintaining Azure SQL and Postgress databases
• Implementing and optimizing database version control and migrations using Flyway
• Designing, standardizing, and documenting our database structures and policies
• Collaborating closely with developers, operations, and consultants at different locations
• Supporting integration with other database technologies such as PostgreSQL
• Driving continuous improvement in performance, security, and reliability

Requirements

About You

You’re someone who enjoys building clarity and structure. You like to collaborate across teams, help others understand data better, and are energized by technical problem-solving. You take ownership and are not afraid to make decisions.

You Bring:

• Proven Dba Experience

• Experience and affinity with (Cursor) AI or similar AI tools.
• Strong experience with Azure SQL Database
• Hands-on experience with Flyway or similar technology
• Experience with version management and database migrations
• Understanding of PostgreSQL environments or willingness to learn, Oracle (nice to have)
• Strong collaboration skills and English proficiency
• A proactive, analytical mindset and a desire to grow with the organization
