Office

Halmstad, Sweden

Full Time

For more than six decades, Eleiko’s journey has been one of bold ideas and ambitious goals. From crafting waffle irons to engineering the world’s finest barbells, our passion for strength and performance has driven us to help shape the world of weightlifting. With an unwavering focus on innovation, quality, and performance, we are dedicated to making people stronger – so they can perform better in their sport and in life.

Join Eleiko’s Product and Design Team and help create the next generation of strength training equipment — products that not only perform flawlessly but also feel right in every detail and grounded in athlete insights, Eleiko craftsmanship, and our design principles.

We’re looking for someone with a few years of hands-on experience in product development, preferably with a focus on physical products. You have a strong sense of form and function, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in craftsmanship, materials, and training culture. The position is placed in Halmstad, Sweden, on site with limited hybrid flexibility.

About The Role

As an Industrial Designer at Eleiko, you’ll be involved in the entire product journey – from initial idea to production. You’ll be a key member of our cross-functional team where design is deeply integrated with engineering, user needs, and brand identity.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing innovative, functional products with a strong visual identity.
  • Creating sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborating closely with the product development team to ensure ideas are feasible and ready for production.
  • Participating in user testing and feedback analysis, refining designs based on insights.
  • Supporting prototype development and iterating solutions based on test results.
  • Developing detailed design documentation for production and manufacturing.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who loves solving problems through design and can balance form, function, and manufacturability. You’re both creative and structured, and you thrive when driving ideas forward in collaboration with others.

We Believe You Have:

  • A relevant degree in industrial design or product design.
  • 2–5 years of product development experience with physical products.
  • Proficient in tools like SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with prototyping, visualization, and CMF documentation is a plus.
  • A strong eye for detail, form, and ergonomics.
  • Curiosity about materials, trends, and new technologies.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a team with diverse perspectives.

We believe that, like us, you want to be part of building a stronger world — and that you share our core values:

  • Performance: Bring your strongest and best to every moment.
  • Learning: Stay hungry for improvement and for life itself.
  • Kindness: Treat the environment, others, yourself, and your body with the greatest respect.

What We Offer

  • A central role in a creative, technically-minded team where your design expertise truly matters.
  • A dynamic and evolving position where you work on products from early concept all the way to final production.
  • A fun, inspiring workplace where people are seen as the most valuable asset – united by our vision to build a stronger world.
  • Free access to a world-class training facility.

Please send in your application along with a portfolio (PDF or link) showing work from sketch to CAD to production (max 10 MB), no later than November 15th. We review applications continuously and may fill the position before the deadline.
