Job Highlights
Contract: Independent Contract
Schedule: 40 hours a week, Mon - Fri 9am -5.30pm NZST includes 30-minute unpaid break
Client Timezone: New Zealand (NZST/NZDT)
Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content across various platforms
- Design graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs) using Klaviyo
- Edit and produce engaging social media content including short reels and posts
- Create compelling captions and copy that resonate with the target audience
- Collaborate on content strategy and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community
- Work with provided materials (photos, content) to create polished marketing assets
Requirements
- Proven ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo
- Social media management and content creation experience
- Basic video editing skills for social media content
- Marketing background with ability to create engaging content independently
- Strong copywriting skills for captions and marketing materials
- Creative mindset with ability to contribute strategic ideas
- Experience working with fashion or retail brands preferred
Scope
- Work during New Zealand business hours
- Manage marketing efforts for both online store and physical retail locations
- Support marketing initiatives for women's fashion brands targeting mature demographic
- Collaborate remotely while maintaining strong communication with local team
