Job Description:
About The Role:
We’Re Seeking A Detail-Oriented Qa Analyst To Perform Quality Checks On Onboarding And Periodic Review Cases For Individuals And Businesses Based Across Global Jurisdictions. The Role Ensures Adherence To Internal Procedures, Regulatory Standards, And Aml/Kyc Requirements Throughout The Customer Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA reviews on onboarding and periodic review cases for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML, and sanctions processes.
- Verify proper risk classification and documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process gaps, deviations, and training needs through regular QA sampling.
- Prepare monthly QA reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Maintain QA logs and provide feedback to relevant teams.
- Support updates to QA checklists, SOPs, and internal quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience including at least 1 year of on-paper exp. in QA
- Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML, and sanctions processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with onboarding or compliance platforms (e.g., Sardine, Sumsub).
