About The Role
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Engagement & Marketing Coordinator to join our Business Development team, supporting our business growth through engagement, communications, and marketing activities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development Manager to coordinate the preparation of tender proposals and client communications (design of bid templates, formatting and updating personnel CVs, collating organisational data and documents, writing capability statements, proofing, producing graphics, and conformity checks)
- Coordinate engagement and collaboration with our partners and contractors during business development activities
- With Ninti’s Marketing and Communications Manager, plan and draft business-winning social media content and deliver social media engagement tasks
- Support the organisation, maintenance and update of Ninti’s image library and general marketing and communications systems files and folders
- Provide support for website updates
- Coordinate due diligence documentation and reporting of our stakeholders and partnerships
- Undertaking research on potential partners, clients or opportunities
- Contribute to pipeline management and growth planning
- Monitor and assess online metrics to enhance digital and social media efficacy and strategy
- Supporting the monitoring of our information email inbox
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience and/or qualifications in business, project management, digital marketing, community or international development or related discipline would be highly regarded
- Competence using design platforms e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar is desirable
Skills & Abilities
- Strong administration and project coordination skills
- High level of competence in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated experience and good working knowledge of digital marketing and using social networking platforms
- Excellent attention to detail, and demonstrated writing ability
- Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage a range of projects at once, prioritise tasks, work with minimal direction and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work cross-culturally
- Team player with positive and results-driven approach to work, and commitment to ongoing learning
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and a customer service ethos
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment to positively representing Ninti One Limited, its values and its work as a Supply Nation registered organisation.
Special Requirements
- To be eligible for employment with Ninti One applicants must be an Australian citizen.
- Able to obtain and satisfy a national police history check
