Lead Product marketing strategy in Immunology. Build Strategy and Execute launch activities & projects, supports marketing plans implementation across functions, in collaboration with Medical, Sales, Commercial Operations, Corporate Communications and Finance departments to drive activities supporting the team to achieve revenue and results objectives.
- Demonstrate expertise of the field area, market trends, key thought leaders, advocacy organizations, deep market insights, and building a brand strategy across various customer segments.
- Demonstrate excellence in project management and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Leverage primary and secondary market research and analytics critical to directing brand strategies and optimizing marketing tactics
- Analyze complex problems and situations, provide logical recommendations, and lead any required action planning
- Drive cross-functional product teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategy, key themes and deliverables
- Ensures multichannel customer engagement strategy is applicable and rolled out
- Periodically meet with key opinion leaders and manage local advisory board
- Manage long-range planning and all associated financial forecasting requirements
- Develop digital strategies for the Brand and ensure its implementation
- Responsible for localization of Global projects in alignment with strategic objectives
- Ensure that all marketing processes, documents, and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with compliance guidelines
- Manage annual budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of funds and monthly tracking to meet agreed spending targets
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field required
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles
- Excellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing are required
Experience:
- 3-5 marketing and/or related experiences preferred (Sales, Research, Digital, etc.)
- Immunology experience preferred (Esp. dermatology, etc.)
