PURPOSE
-    Develop EC Consumer plan, acquire, engage with consumers to drive EC business & consumer assets growth.
-    Manage EC in-site brand communication and NPD/Customer campaign (S level, big window, livestreaming, short videos), well collaborate with brand/digital/media team via strong DigiEcom hands on experiences, business acumen and influence skill
-    E-commerce Traffic/Analytics Intelligence & optimization, co-work with ecommerce partners, including media, digital & analytics team, Data/innovation team from Ali/JD, to produce & optimize content/campaign effectiveness, develop best practice and provide guidance to Sales & brand team

RESPONSIBILITY
-    E-commerce Campaign and content strategy from category multi-brands level to Account level, Be accountable for in-site integrated campaign and content planning for each EC Customers in monthly base and real-time optimization in daily base, closely work w/ Sales team & TP to track/improve in-site tactics to ensure GMV target & ROI.
1)    Work closely with marketing brand team & media, e-commerce sales, TP to define content strategy/calendar/roadmap tailored for leading e-commerce platforms, drive in-site conversion and maximize synergy
2)    Help drive Innovation Incubation through tailor made consumer plan, traffic strategy collaborated with X-team.
3)    Lead to establish, maintain and improve EC communication assets, and provide guidance to Sales/TP.
-    Innovative & Creative E-commerce Customer Campaign Excellence
1)    Develop and manage EC Customer campaign excellence, including S/A level IMC, new product EC activation, big window campaign, collaborated with brand/media/digital/EC sales/TP/agency/Platforms.
2)    Develop and manage EC always on content excellence, including livestreaming/short videos/wendajia/etc.
3)    Coordinate w/ EC paid media and ECRM team to maximize EC in-site Re-targeting to maximize EC content assets and drive EC sales based on brand IMC or other media initiatives
-    E-commerce Content Intelligence & optimization
1)    Always dare to try and keep agile to Bring non-traditional ideas in EC campaign to acquire & engage consumers in innovative ways via new tools from DigiEcom perspective
2)    Closely work with ISV and keep learning agility on trend & best practice on digital trend, ecosystem evolvement of leading e-platform and other marketing channels, to identify opportunity areas and propose initiatives for better content and consumer experience
3)    Keep abreast of competitor social & content activities as well as wellness, lifestyle consumer trends to ensure our content with continuous high consumer/shopper/customer relevance.
4)    Provide guidance & best practice sharing to help team optimize content & consumer experience. 
5)    Continuous A/B Test for business insights from targeting, creative, to activation. 
6)    Optimize the way of working; develop template/process for creative, efficient, effective content generation, x-functional collaboration and KPI management

QUALIFICATION
-    Education/Experience
1)    Bachelor or above, majored in business, marketing, communication or advertisement related
2)    6+ years of relevant Digital Marketing & Ecommerce experience in FMCG Company
3)    Working experience in Personal & beauty Care, Innovative companies in Baby & Kids (Toys) categories, KFC/MacDonald’s/Starbucks are preferred
4)    Excellent English in both oral and writing, good communication skill, be comfortable to co-work with global/regional team as well as collaborate with sales team.
-    Special Knowledge
1)    Good Marketing fundamentals, Data analytics & Insight generation skill with logical framework thinking, as well as interpersonal skill. Comfortable to work with X-functions in Matrix organization
2)    Good understanding of Digital & Ecommerce Traffic ecosystem of key leading platforms (Alibaba, JD, etc) including both eKA & FGS mode.
3)    Good understanding of EMKT/digital/social Knowledge, understand how performance media can support both brand building & e-commerce sales.
4)    Good understanding on e-commerce and hands-on co-work experience is preferred: Platform co-op, TP, in-site traffic, etc, Ability to provide thoughtful, data analytics-based guidance to Sales & TP.
5)    Hands-on experience & successful track record on Brand Digital campaign/activation planning and end to end digital execution, creative development & implementation, KOL/IP partnership, etc,
6)    Understanding of Marketing mix, media KPI evaluation and digital/social media tactics. 
7)    Skill on Agency management & Negotiation, Ability to provide thoughtful & inspiring guidance to agencies.

2)    Very good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
3)    Strong analytical & e-commerce sense. Used to working in a fast paced environment, self-motivated and result driven.

5)    Good learning Agility and willing to Achieve & Collaborate.
