Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Engage Cold Prospects: Utilize a mix of channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate meaningful contact.
- Build a Strong Pipeline: Create and manage a pipeline of potential leads and track progress toward sales goals.
- Qualify and Nurture Leads: Assess prospects based on their fit with our ideal customer profile, educate them on our services, and prepare them for handoff to account managers.
- Utilize CRM Systems: Manage leads and sales activities effectively using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Coordinate Meetings: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and account managers, ensuring all parties are well-prepared.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with account managers to develop strategic approaches for lead generation.
- Provide Insightful Reporting: Deliver regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new messaging, and our evolving services.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to connect with potential clients.
- Sales Acumen: Knowledge of basic sales techniques and strategies, with a desire to learn more.
