Teza Technologies is looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee and coordinate technology initiatives that support our systematic trading and research infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and operations: ensuring that critical projects are delivered efficiently, securely, and with minimal disruption to trading activities.

Yerevan, Armenia (Hybrid mode with 3 days in-office requirement)
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple stakeholders: engineering, operations, and trading teams to scope and plan IT projects aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets; track progress and escalate risks proactively
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between infrastructure, development, and security teams to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee implementation of new hardware, software, and systems; ensuring operational stability and compliance with internal standards
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders; ensure clear project documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and introduce automation or tooling where appropriate
Basic Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment (startups, prop shops, research projects)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Solid understanding of SDLC and IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and DevOps tooling)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana) and documentation practices
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
Nice to Have Requirements
- Experience in a trading or financial technology environment
- Understanding of data governance, data quality management, or analytics workflows
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible)
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
