Job Description
We are hiring for a position with our Textbook Sales Team in our Books division. Reporting into the Textbook Sales Manager, you will work with account representatives, sales lead administrators, customer service and marketing. You will be a team player who will support the current special sales business, and participating in other special projects. This position is remote.

What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Managing sales leads, entering data into SFDC, liaising with appropriate sales rep, tracking results, and running reports
- Assisting Sales Reps with transmitting, troubleshooting, and tracking orders
- Supporting eBook sales fulfillment, working with Vital Source, Redshelf and other aggregators
- Partnering with Customer Service for resolving issues
- Coordinating sending out print and digital review copies with Customer Service
- Assisting the Textbook Sales Manager with creating detailed, data-driven reports using Salesforce
- Working on special projects such as but not limited to assisting in ongoing initiatives to drive Inclusive Access sales in higher education market
- Coordinating regular team meetings and follow-up
Qualifications
What We'Re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing support experience
- Strong Salesforce knowledge
- Strong Monday.com knowledge
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work interpedently
- Organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Suite
- Intermediate usage of Salesforce
- Intermediate usage of Monday.com

- Hourly rate of $27.47 (~$50,000 annual) + sales bonus

We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our office in New Orleans to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it onsite 3 days per week.
