The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Bilingual Facilities Coordinator to support the setup, build, and operational readiness of our PerCuro clinics across Canada. As well as to support the clinics across the country for operational support. This is a hands-on role that combines project coordination, facility planning, and vendor management to ensure new clinic locations are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with clinical and operational standards.
A Day in the Life (What you will do here):
- Support the end-to-end setup of new PerCuro clinic facilities, including build-outs, equipment installation, and operational launches.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Work alongside the Project Management Office (PMO) and Infusion Network Leadership to align clinic buildouts with strategic goals and timelines.
- Support procurement and ordering of medical equipment, furniture, and supplies needed for new clinic setups
- Conduct site visits and provide hands-on support as needed throughout build and launch phases.
- Ensure all clinics comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards prior to opening.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting for each clinic setup project.
- Operational support to existing clinics across Canada.
- Maintain data base of existing equipment
- Help coordinate and monitor maintenance of key medical equipment in clinics.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
What you need to ensure you are set up for success:
- Proven experience in facilities management, healthcare operations, or clinic setup (experience with infusion or medical clinics is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of vendor and contractor management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable managing multiple buildouts simultaneously.
- Ability to travel extensively across Canada (60%+ travel required).
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across departments.
- Experience working in alignment with PMO or project-driven environments is a plus
- Mechanically/comfortable with use of small power tools and hand tools for assembly and installation of common equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual (French/English) is required
