Primary Objective:
We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage, optimize, and extend our NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a successful integration of NetSuite with other critical business systems, requiring expertise in troubleshooting platforms like Celigo and MuleSoft. The candidate must possess excellent listening and communication skills to accurately interpret stakeholder requirements. The candidate will be responsible for meticulous documentation of their development progress and ticket management across Jira and ConnectWise.

Responsibilities Include:

I. Expert-Level Development & Configuration

  • System Customization & Autonomy: Independently design, develop, and implement complex custom fields, workflows, and accurately edit/adjust existing SuiteScripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.x). The expectation is to start from the ground running with minimal ramp-up time or supervision.
  • Architecture & Strategy: Apply extensive NetSuite knowledge to recommend and implement best practices for system architecture, security, and performance.

II. Autonomous Integration Management & Resolution

  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as a source for complex integration issues. Proactively monitor, identify, and independently resolve integration errors within platforms such as Celigo and MuleSoft, documenting root causes and ensuring permanent solutions.
  • Integration Oversight: Design, implement, and maintain seamless integrations between NetSuite and various critical third-party systems without requiring significant directional guidance.

III. Documentation & Process Management

  • Meticulous Tracking (Jira): Maintain meticulous documentation of all development, configuration, and troubleshooting progress by updating your progress and completing tickets in Jira.
  • Service Management (ConnectWise): Independently manage the full lifecycle of all system support and enhancement requests by assigning, maintaining, and resolving tickets within ConnectWise.
  • Communication: Actively discern stakeholder provided information to quickly translate complex business needs into precise, actionable technical specifications.
  • NetSuite Expertise: Minimum of four years of progressive, hands-on experience in NetSuite Administration, Configuration, and Development (SuiteFlow/Workflow, Custom Fields/Records, SuiteScript editing/adjustment).
  • Salesforce Expertise: Minimum of two years of progressive, hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, Configuration and or Development.
  • Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) Experience: Proven, independent ability to monitor, diagnose, develop and or resolve complex integration errors using industry-leading platforms, such as Celigo, Boomi and or MuleSoft.
  • ERP/System Architecture: Deep functional and technical knowledge of core NetSuite modules (e.g., ERP, Financials, Inventory, CRM) and best practices for connecting an ERP system to external applications.
  • System Ticket Management: Expert proficiency in maintaining, assigning, and resolving tickets within ConnectWise and meticulously documenting all technical progress and changes within Jira.
  • Soft Skills for Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision, prioritize workloads effectively, and exhibit exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills for accurate requirements gathering.
  • Technical Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to translate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and to create clear, professional documentation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
Requirements

Preferred (Nice-To-Have) Qualifications

  • MuleSoft Development: Hands-on experience developing or significantly configuring integration flows directly within the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Certifications: Active NetSuite Administrator Certification, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification, and/or certification in Celigo or MuleSoft.
