🚀 The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Cloud Architect to join our UK-based delivery team. This hands-on role blends technical depth, solution design, and customer engagement. You’ll lead complex cloud projects, guide customers on best practices, and help shape Cintra’s growing multi-cloud delivery capability.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design & Deliver: Architect and implement solutions across AWS and OCI (Azure or GCP experience is a plus).
• Migrate & Modernize: Assess legacy environments and lead migration and modernization projects.
• Lead Projects: Serve as the technical SME and mentor for delivery teams.
• Advise Clients: Engage directly with customers and partners as a trusted cloud advisor.
• Automate & Optimize: Build infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
• Collaborate: Work closely with project managers to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

🧠 What You Bring

• 6+ years in cloud architecture (AWS and/or OCI), 10+ years in infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, networking, and security principles.
• Hands-on experience designing cloud landing zones, managing virtual networks, firewalls, and storage.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments, plus automation experience using Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex cloud concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
• Certifications in AWS, OCI, or Azure are a plus but not essential — real-world expertise matters most.

💡 Bonus Skills

• Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Awareness of middleware (Tomcat, JBoss) or Oracle engineered systems (Exadata, ODA, ZFS).
• Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
