Are you ready to take your international tax expertise to the next level? QIC is seeking a Tax Manager to manage and shape tax strategy across our global investment landscape. This is a rare opportunity to influence tax outcomes on an international scale, working with high-performing teams and complex investment structures. As Tax Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of QIC’s tax strategy, compliance, and advisory functions. You’ll manage the delivery of investment product compliance processes and provide strategic tax advice across both investment and corporate functions. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects, including new product design, international structuring, and major corporate/fund initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of investment product tax compliance processes across global portfolios. 
• Provide strategic tax consulting and structuring advice to investment and corporate teams. 
• Deliver tax compliance guidance to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and QIC policies. 
• Support investment teams with due diligence, tax analysis, and ongoing structure efficiency. 
• Collaborate with external advisors to oversee Australian and foreign entity tax obligations. 
• Contribute to the development of best practice systems for QIC’s enterprise-wide tax strategy.

About You

You’re a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a commercial mindset. You bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting or Law.
• Experience in a corporate tax division or Big 4.
• CA or CPA qualification with strong technical tax expertise.
• Solid knowledge of both local and international tax legislation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with tax structuring, planning, and compliance.
