Meaningful Work from Day One
The holder of this position will be a key & leading Jack Daniel’s team member, managing the portfolio of selected Jack Super Premium brands with strongest focus on Gentleman Jack. The overall responsibility will be to lead brands’ performance and ensure that business delivers against targets. Additionally, the scope includes annual marketing and media plan creation, overseeing its flawless execution, analyzing the marketing effectiveness, evaluating strategies, and identifying risk & opportunities. This role needs to be a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, establishing productive relations with numerous stakeholders from internal and external environments. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management and contribute to the success of one of the most recognized names in the industry.
This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Warsaw office - 1 day home office on Fridays)
What You Can Expect
● Translate the long-term Jack Daniel’s strategies into annual brand plans with strong focus on Gentleman Jack and selected JD Super Premium portfolio to deliver fiscal year objectives along with the A&P budget needed for such implementation.
● Execute brand initiatives across various channels, including brand events, on-trade activations, digital/social media, point-of-sale materials and other touchpoints, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful brand experiences, within a given A&P budget.
● Develop locally relevant communication for Super Premium JD (with focus on Gentleman Jack) in line with brand guidelines and close collaboration with Global Brand Teams - adapt and deliver brand campaigns and assets to achieve agreed business objectives.
● Influence commercial & trade marketing plans to assure that all relevant touchpoints are properly leveraged in order to deliver business & marketing objectives.
● Develop a local NPD plan based on the global innovation pipeline. Shape route to market strategies inc. price/place/promo with close cooperation with the commercial team.
● Lead ongoing brand review and business performance analysis, based on various data sources and research, taking improvement actions if needed in short -term and long- term perspective in collaboration with other departments.
● Be responsible for planning and managing marketing budgets. Assuring that all investments and supporting documentation are properly translated into accounting and compliance systems.
● Effectively manage the cooperation with agency partners. Build productive partnerships with external partners to assure that our marketing activations bring vibrant impact on the brand performance.
● Cooperate closely with the commercial and trade marketing team in order to bring relevant insights for the sales forecast. Initiate corrective short-term actions when business targets are not met.
● Be a brand builder across organization and beyond, by delivering sharp brand stories and relevant tactics. If needed actively participate in meetings/events with external business stakeholders.
● Regular market visits at least once a quarter to monitor BF and competitors’ activities in-store. Presence during brand & industry events, incl. evenings and weekends if needed.
● Support the Marketing Manager with ad-hoc projects and initiatives, providing valuable contributions to team objectives.
What You Bring to the Table
● Minimum 3 years of proven experience in strategic brand management (4P), focused on driving business growth.
● Demonstrated ability to develop and execute high-impact, multichannel marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, PR/Influencers, and premium events).
● Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, capable of translating long-term goals into effective annual plans.
● Analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data sources into actionable insights.
● Effective management and building positive key stakeholder relationships – agencies and commercial partners – to drive the brands agenda within the business.
● Very strong communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written).
● Attention to details.
● Time management, organizational skills, proven ability to work effectively and efficiently under time pressure.
● Computer skills (MS Office applications/Google applications).
● Fluent Polish and English speaking and writing.
What Makes You Unique
● Proven track record within the competitive FMCG environment, with direct experience in the Spirits or Super Premium segments being an advantage.
● Expert knowledge of consumer trends within the spirits and premium/lifestyle categories in the Polish market.
● Solid understanding and proven experience with the On-Trade channel (bars, restaurants) and premium retail execution.
● Proven experience with developing and executing complex, high-quality brand experience activations and events.
● Practical understanding of effective Brand Building Models and marketing mix optimization, including launch experience for new-to-market brands (NPD).
● High commercial acumen, including good sales and P&L understanding.
● Agile and decisive mindset, comfortable navigating a dynamic and volatile regulatory environment.
