Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, identify potential sources to find qualified candidates, and develop a recruiting process.  This person will provide strategic leadership support for hiring and should understand how the business models, financial goals, and landscape tie into staffing strategy to ensure we are hiring the best possible talent. You will report to the Recruiting Manager.

Pay Rate: $28.59 an hour | Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM |This position will be housed in Idabel but will require travel regularly | The selected candidate will support McCurtain, Choctaw, Atoka, and Pittsburg County.

Primary Tasks:

  1. 1.       You will lead generation and prospect engagement.
  2. 2.       Prepare detailed workforce and hiring forecasting.
  3. 3.       Gather labor market intelligence and ensure we are remaining competitive with our recruiting processes.
  4. 4.       Review candidate applications and conduct technical pre-screening.
  5. 5.       Search for viable candidates in ATS and other tools.
  6. 6.       Lead strategic relationship with hiring managers, candidates and HR Business Partners.
  7. 7.       You will analyze recruiting results and develop strategic demand plan with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  8. 8.       Conduct detailed intake sessions with hiring managers to discuss open roles.
  9. 9.       Conduct preliminary research on open positions and develop a sourcing/recruiting strategy.
  10. 10.      Lead technical level recruiting plans, provide strategic recruitment, selection, placement direction to include: conducting phone screen, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field or 4 years related experience.
  • Experience using traditional recruiter technology
  • Experience with Boolean sourcing capabilities and able to find target talent
  • Direct sales experience
  • Excellent professional presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and engage all levels of management.
  • Competencies in strategy, sourcing/screening, candidate selection, client management, selling and closing, business acumen.
  • Two (2) years of direct recruiting with experience successful main performance
