* Develop and execute B2B social media strategies aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.
* Manage daily operations across multiple social channels — content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
* Create and curate high-quality, industry-relevant content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand positioning.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion), and deliver actionable insights.
* Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand voice and message alignment.
* Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and emerging B2B tools to maximize engagement and ROI.
* Manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta for Business) with a focus on lead generation and audience segmentation.
* Report monthly analytics, KPIs, and recommendations to internal stakeholders or client partners.
* 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in B2B organizations or agencies.
* Solid understanding of LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored to a professional, corporate tone.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
* Experience managing paid social campaigns and performance dashboards.
* Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, or Sprout Social).
* Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
* Creative, proactive, and metrics-driven mindset with attention to detail.
* Experience in B2B service-based industries (e.g., consulting, recruitment, or SaaS).
* Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and integrated marketing funnels.
