We are on a mission to simplify the end-to-end building experience and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.
The Role
Your goal is simple: identify fit, build connection, and progress every qualified lead toward partnership.You’ll engage with high-intent prospects, professionals and brands who are identified by ArchiPro as our ideal customer.
This is a full-cycle development role. You’ll manage the entire process from first contact to booked meeting, running tailored conversations that uncover opportunity and create measurable pipelines for our Commercial Teams.
Each day you’ll move with rhythm and precision — using HubSpot, Clay, and automated cadences to reach new prospects, personalise engagement, and track every interaction. You’ll combine technology, process, and human connection to convert curiosity into commitment.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification
- System & Process Excellence
- Build pipeline through strategic outreach — calls, email, and personalised video touchpoints.
- Manage a daily flow of marketing-qualified and outbound leads across both Australia and New Zealand markets.
- Qualify prospects through structured conversations that uncover needs, fit, and readiness.
2. Pipeline Acceleration
- Move qualified opportunities efficiently through the funnel into booked meetings with the Commercial teams.
- Follow defined cadences with discipline, balancing automation with authentic connection.
- Track and report performance across key metrics , connect rate, qualification rate, meeting-to-conversion.
- Maintain a spotless CRM,every note, every touchpoint, every next step logged with precision.
- Execute and continuously improve multi-touch outreach sequences across Clay, HubSpot, and automated workflows.
- Execute sequencing and aligned messaging, targeting, and ICP definition.
About You
You thrive on conversation, curiosity, and measurable progress. You’re confident, commercially minded, and motivated by outcomes.
Must-Haves:
- Confident, clear communicator, comfortable leading conversations by phone and video.
- 1–3 years in SDR, inside sales, or customer acquisition, SaaS or digital platform experience ideal.
- Process-driven with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred and tech stack familiarity (Clay, Apollo).
- Familiarity with lead-qualification frameworks (e.g., SPICED, BANT).
- Emotionally intelligent, you listen, adapt, and connect with people easily.
- Coachable and ambitious, you take feedback and turn it into action.

- New Outreach / Contacts researched: 200 per week
- Outbound touches: 300 weekly
- Leads qualified: 60 per week
- Meetings booked per week: 25 - 40
- Qualified opportunities generated per month: 0+
- Conversion rate from lead to meeting: ≥80%
- Conversation rate from meeting to sale: ≥45%
- CRM hygiene and data accuracy: 100% compliance
