The Role
As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market execution of our product – from how we communicate new features to how we win in-market against competitors. Beyond that, you’ll flex into high-impact marketing projects as needed – whether it’s crafting a landing page for a new partner, running a customer survey, or shaping messaging for a unique go-to-market moment.
What You’Ll Do
- Product Positioning & Messaging - Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates our product in the market and speaks directly to our target audience.
- Go-to-Market Leadership - Lead marketing efforts for product launches and feature rollouts—building briefs, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across channels.
- Website & Landing Page Content - Own key product marketing content across the website and landing pages, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a strong value proposition.
- Customer Insights & Market Understanding - Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitor insights, and performance data to inform how we talk about the product and prioritize marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product, Growth, and CX teams to ensure that messaging is aligned and effective at every touchpoint.
- Strategic Marketing Support – Step into high-impact projects when needed, from sales enablement materials to new messaging frameworks and campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing
- Strong orchestration and communication – you turn complex features into clear messaging and align teams and channels around a cohesive story.
- Highly cross-functional – you thrive when collaborating with other teams
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable operating independently
- Strong product intuition and understanding of customer lifecycle
- Comfortable with scrappy execution and quick iteration in a startup environment
