Position Summary

As a Field-Based Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive customer engagement, optimize promotional campaigns, and ensure alignment with local market needs. Besides that, you will be leading the cross functional team working with regional stakeholders – securing a unified approach across the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to local market needs, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with the cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and market access, to deliver impactful brand plans and customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to understand their needs and drive engagement.
  • Build framework for engagement with regional stakeholders and lead cross functional team.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to optimize segmentation, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials and deliver engaging promotional activities across multiple channels.
  • Basic Qualifications & Skills:
  • We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and the ability to navigate their complexities.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to drive decision-making.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Previous experience within Oncology/Hematology
  • Experience in field-based roles or customer-facing positions within the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including omnichannel approaches.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical code of promotion and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for improving patient outcomes.
  • This is a field-based role located in Denmark, offering a hybrid working model to balance remote and in-person collaboration.
