Job Title: Senior Associate Engineer: Industrialization

What You Will Do:

• Collaboration: Should work with various teams, including management, other engineers and production staff, to implement solutions and ensure smooth operations.
• Should have skills designing efficient layouts for facilities and equipment to optimize the space utilization and workflow.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce cost saving target (PIP savings) in order to meet yearly cost savings target & reduce CPH (cost per hour)
• Fixture design and development for process improvements.
• Preparation of WI &VI and implementation of MES
• Procurement of the required tools, fixtures and required assembly accessories
• Knowledge of work transfer/New product development along with the creation of MM, BOM, routing in SAP
• Develop and maintain APQP documents such as PFMEA, PFD, etc.
• Analyze existing and future production capacity requirements including the maintenance of the capacity charts for their respective lines.
• Support continuous improvement activities to address safety, cost, quality and productivity for the assigned manufacturing lines.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles in existing processes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• B. E in Electronics/Mechanical with 4 to 6 years Years experience in Manufacturing/Industrialization.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems systematically
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
