As we rapidly expand our fast charging network across Europe, the opportunity to attract more electric vehicle drivers grows. To accelerate this growth and strengthen our commercial capabilities, we’re expanding our Growth team with a new position focused on unlocking long-term value through strategic partnerships.
What You’Ll Do
As Commercial Product Owner you will manage a new product line in Fastned, that will still be publicly announced. The product line will be critical in unlocking the commercial success of the Fastned network.
Reporting to the Growth Director, you will own, build and expand the Fastned MSP product and collaborate with other teams in the Growth leadership team including Sales, Partnerships, Propositions, and Strategy & Pricing. The role has no direct reports, but will work closely with a cross functional team spread across several departments, incl. finance, sales, marketing, product (“tech”) and our customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a commercially competitive product You will be responsible to develop a winning commercial positioning of the MSP product, and build this together with the relevant stakeholders at Fastned. Once established, you will keep track of financial performance, customer trends, and market trends to inform, drive continuous learning and improvement and stay competitive.
- Manage operational effectiveness Once the product is running, you are responsible for ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. To realize this, you need to map the processes, track effectiveness, monitor customer feedback, and check-in with all the internal stakeholders on room to improve. Based on these findings, you will drive change initiatives to boost operational performance.
- Manage the vendor relationship(s) You are responsible for managing the external parties that contribute to the success of our new product line, incl. Contract management, SLA alignment, scoping new features, etc.
- Manage the day to day operations Last but not least, you are responsible for managing part of the day-to-day operations directly, such as keeping the customer and pricing modules up to date in the backend, serving as an escalation point for customer service, and supporting the sales team with larger pitches to sell the product.

You’Ll Bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in project management, product management, strategy consulting, or entrepreneurship.
- MSc, MBA, or equivalent business-related degree preferred
- Strong strategic mindset with fluency in analytics and data-driven decision-making
Proven Commercial Drive
- Proven project management or product management skills
- Experienced collaborator, working effectively with marketing, product, and executive teams
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, skilled at influencing diverse stakeholders
- Prior experience or network in the EV industry and/or OEMs preferred but not required
- Genuine passion for sustainability and the transition to electric mobility
