Full Time
At Wyetech, you’ll be at the center of an award-winning corporate culture, breaking technological barriers and solving real-world problems for our federal government customers. We are committed to hiring the best of the best, and in return, we offer a world-class, truly unique employee experience that is rare within our industry.
This work is in support of an office that is heavily into metrics and building dashboards, etc. The Metrics and Assessments team builds dashboards within Power Bl to visually present counts, percentages, and other metrics to show the value of tradecraft, information regarding collection and reports and general metrics covering the usage of data across CSD. These dashboards are presented to various levels of CSD leadership to enable better business decisions and aid in determining CSD's effectiveness and mission performance at a near real-time basis. Work can consist of learning tools and Power Bl to create dashboards and documenting efforts. The Team does provide the opportunity for limited development by building Custom Connectors, coded in Power Query M that allows the team to call out to RESTFUL APls and extract data from Agency tools and repositories.
The amount of work various from time to time. It'd be helpful for someone to fill this position to be a go getter and seek out opportunities and work vs waiting to be told what to do and work on.
Mostly civilians, however there are 3 contractors. 2 Contractors are part time on the team but handle most development/more technical efforts and are the most senior members of the team and heavily relied on resources. Others on the team are Data Scientists and range from new to two years of experience. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
