Email Marketing Analyst:
Job Description
We’re looking for a curious and analytical Email Marketing Analyst to support our growing email marketing program. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in digital marketing who is eager to deepen their skills in data analysis, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation. You’ll help monitor performance, uncover insights, and contribute to the success of our email campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Track and report on email campaign performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to visualize key metrics.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and help interpret results.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Monitor email deliverability and flag potential issues.
- Help identify opportunities for personalization and automation.
- Stay informed on email marketing trends and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing analytics.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Basic understanding of email KPIs and testing strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing or CRM systems.
