We’re growing fast — and so will you. You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales & GTM, spearheading our new CRM division from the ground up. This is your chance to join a high-growth, high-performance team redefining how companies manage customers and revenue.
Challenge
- Identify and connect with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Create first impressions that open doors and spark interest
- Book discovery calls and help Account Executives close new business
- Learn Planhat’s AI-driven CRM inside and out
- Develop your skills in outbound sales, qualification, and deal strategy

Career Path
All AEs start as BDRs, with a promotion target of 3–6 months
- BDR Leadership roles may open as the team scales
- From AE to Sales Manager typically happens within 12–18 months
