What Are We Looking For?
SentinelOne is looking for an experienced Sr. Salesforce Systems Analyst based in Costa Rica to join our team, as we expand our Salesforce instance and surrounding business system footprint. It is an exciting time at SentinelOne, a rapidly growing and innovative global cybersecurity company!
What Will You Do?
- Provide day-to-day system maintenance of Salesforce.com, including maintaining the user base, assisting with issue and request resolutions, creating reports and dashboards, and working closely with system stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and escalating as appropriate.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tickets.
- Manage user security and data access in Salesforce with proper permissions, profiles, licenses, and roles.
- Perform routine and basic administration of Salesforce, including but not limited to managing custom configurations and metadata (fields, page layouts, record types, picklists, etc.), modifying process automations, managing Salesforce usage and limits, backups, data import and exports, approval processes, workflows, sandbox refreshes and maintenance.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the Salesforce CPQ platform to meet business requirements, including CPQ product setup, price rules, product configurations, quote templates, discount schedules, and approval processes.
- Monitor and manage CPQ-related data integrity and accuracy across opportunities, quotes, products, orders, contracts and subscriptions.
- Integration Management: Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other business systems such as Docusign, Marketo, Conga, Zendesk, NetSuite etc
- Experience using Apex Data loader, Developer Console, Workbench, DemandTools and similar tools
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions, including creating and executing test plans and scripts.
- Support and Training: Provide user support and training to promote adoption and effective use of the platform, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, processes, and changes to ensure transparency and continuity.
- CI/CD Practices: Implement and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices using tools such as Git, GearSet, Flosum, or Copado.
What Skills And Knowledge Should You Bring?
- Education: BA/BS Degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience supporting Salesforce (5+ years experience preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
- A good understanding of Lead to Order Process preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce API and other integrations
- Strong spoken and written communication skills to address issues and walk users through resolution
- Highly motivated, independent, and thorough.
- Experience with any CPQ a plus (Salesforce CPQ preferred)
- Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills
