Marketing Coordinator

Location: Bangalore, India

Travel Requirement: Up to 25%

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our global Field and Events Marketing initiatives. This role is based in Bangalore and will be responsible for coordinating logistics across event sponsorships, executive travel, vendor engagement, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who excels at anticipating needs, removing executional roadblocks, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate event logistics including registration, shipping, promotional materials, and giveaway fulfillment for global sponsorships and hosted events.
• Manage end-to-end travel planning for DevRev executives attending events, ensuring seamless itineraries, visa coordination, and on-site support.
• Serve as the point of contact for marketing vendors and agencies, ensuring timely execution and adherence to scope and budget.
• Collaborate with regional field marketing managers and cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and event-related activities.
• Maintain and update marketing operations trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, recommend enhancements, and implement tools and workflows to increase team efficiency.
• Support invoice processing, purchase order submissions, and vendor compliance documentation.
• Conduct research to support event planning, executive briefings, and industry outreach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, event operations, or executive support within a high-growth or B2B tech company.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively across global time zones and cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Airtable, project management platforms, and CRM systems.
• Prior experience coordinating international travel and working with marketing agencies/vendors is preferred.
