Role Summary
Alpha Lion’s Customer Service Representatives are the frontline heroes of our brand — delivering exceptional service, empathy, and results. You’ll handle customer inquiries across calls, texts, and emails, resolving issues quickly and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our Superhuman standard.
What You’Ll Do
- Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels using Gorgias.
- Provide solutions for order issues, refunds, or reshipments.
- Document and track all interactions to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Take initiative to deliver proactive support and create loyal fans of Alpha Lion.
What Success Looks Like
- 4.5+ average customer satisfaction rating.
- 2-hour first response time or faster.
- 48-hour issue resolution rate.
- Positive feedback from customers and teammates alike.
Who You Are
You’re empathetic, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You love helping others, take pride in solving problems, and bring positive energy to every interaction.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in customer service (e-commerce preferred).
- Experience with Gorgias and Shopify.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management.
- Affinity for fitness and the Alpha Lion mission.
