Job Description
Position Overview
As Marketing Coordinator, you are an experienced strong communicator, extremely organized and well-prepared, with a keen eye for detail to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities under multiple competing deadlines. You are a team-player with strategic and proactive solutions that drive Stream Houston’s marketing and communication goals. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to make an impact and build a meaningful career within the commercial real estate business.
You possess exceptional project management, organizational and technical skills needed to support marketing plans and designs. You are adept at finding creative marketing solutions that appeal to our customers and produce accurate, high-quality work.
Primary Responsibilities
- You will offer project management support on a day-to-day basis to ensure project scope of work and deadlines are met
- You will become an expert in our tech stack and project management software and help build efficiencies and training tools
- You will partner with and under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director, meet with sales and PM teams, content, and designers to help manage marketing executions (property assets, proposals, presentations, client meetings, event deliverables, etc.)
- You will leverage existing marketing templates and update content, design, and imagery daily using Adobe Creative Suite
- You will assist in project management and application of marketing executions and technologies (i.e. property marketing, social graphics, CRM, web analytics and campaign reporting)
- You will partner with the marketing and brokerage teams to help facilitate internal and external events as well as coordination of employee and client engagement executions
- Work alongside the Content Strategist to help support local social media channels
- Be an expert in social media planning, trends, and executions - specifically LinkedIn, Instagram and AI
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role providing marketing support to a team.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat)
- An expert in planning and executing social media strategies, creating and publishing content to a variety of platforms, and interacting with their communities and audiences
- Tech savvy, curious and resourceful with strong project management skills and experience
- Adapts to a fast-paced environment, while managing deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, excellent time management skills and ability to interface with local level executives.
