Technical Support Specialist - Polish And German Market
BPL -Bobst Polska Sp. Z o.o. Apply now The first line of support to Bobst customers. Provide effective technical support to Bobst customers and FSTs. Become the undisputed Service Partner of customers in the territory of Poland and Germany. Contribute to developing service and parts business.Mainly office based, the role does require customer visits as well as regular contact with Product Line technical support.
1. Direct and remote trouble shooting: phone, e-mail, and e-view solutions
2. Tracking and notify all above activity on required e-platform (i.e. Salesforce)
3. Participate in installation, trainings and commissioning of the machines ; update and notify progress. Communicate/follow with manufacturers pending matters. Effective closing punch list.
4. Periodic courtesy visits to customers in the territory, when necessary. Develop relationship and propose service, upgrades and Parts solutions aiming at ensuring machines work at their best performance and capabilities
5. To be the intermediate between customers and Product Line to minimize time to quote, and delivery time of appropriate parts
6. Support Spare Parts department in technical analysis and identification of spare parts
7. Visit manufacturers when needed, to maintain relationship with key partners, and get updated technical information
8. Accompanies local salesman to provide tech support when needed, and only when approved by Local service Head
1. Technical education preferably on university level
2. Experience in service or customers’ support organization
3. Experience in using ERP programs (SAP preferably) and IT tools provided by the group
4. Polish / German speaker and good English in speaking and writing.
