Overview
Working At Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Responsibilities
Teamwork Collection (TWC) is a suite of connected Atlassian apps and platform experiences that include Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo. The collection makes it easy for organizations to connect projects to goals, plan and track work, and unleash knowledge so that all teams can collaborate more effectively across their organization.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will partner closely with marketing and product leads to inform roadmap and execute go-to-market strategies that showcase the combined value of Jira, Confluence, Loom, Rovo, and the Atlassian platform in a single solution.
In This Role, You Will:
- Messaging and Positioning: Contribute to the development of differentiated, value-based positioning and messaging that clearly articulate the needs of executive audiences and how Teamwork Collection works with the broader Atlassian ecosystem to meet their needs. Bring TWC value to life through content including demos, marketing videos, events, and webinars. Ensure that this messaging is consistent across channels (ads, web, events, AR, etc.) and integrated deeply throughout the Atlassian portfolio.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute go-to-market strategies aimed at engaging and driving interest among enterprise audiences for Teamwork Collection. This includes working across marketing and product teams to support the identification of use cases, contributing to the definition of editions tiers, and exploring new marketing initiatives to reach the knowledge worker audience.
- Market, Competitive, and User Research: Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Customer Advocacy: Develop customer stories to build credibility in-market and gather qualitative insights for messaging and strategy refinement.
- Activation Campaigns: Work with Solutions and Adoption teams to enhance the activation experience for our biggest accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, with a strong focus on collaboration products and enterprise audiences. Previous experience with bundled solutions and sales enablement is a plus!
- Content: Experience driving engagement through creative visual assets including demos, marketing videos, and webinars.
- Communication Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills, with proficiency in presenting and storytelling
- Initiative: Action-oriented and proactive problem-solver. Thrives in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment.
- Market Analysis: Experience with market analysis and competitive research in the project management or team collaboration space.
