Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for a highly self-driven senior system analyst to assist customer learning and support team to improve business efficiency by delivering high quality solutions!

Has the ability to effectively analyze current and future business processes, identifies and manages risk, and articulates requirements to meet the proposed solutions. Through analysis, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to fill in gaps and improve business processes.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Experience with IT projects working with software development.
• Work with Product Manager to collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to gather, understand and define business requirements.
• Decompose and translate business requirements into user stories for development team.
• Collaborates with product owner/manager and team to determine priorities and refine product backlog.
• Planning, managing, and performing business analysis activities throughout a project's lifecycle.
• Work with Product Manager to understand and map business processes for business efficiency.
• Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Ensures creation of initial data, system setups, configurations needed to support solutions.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for supported systems and applications.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 
• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
• Advanced English skills required. 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with salesforce experience cloud, building solutions, working with Salesforce developers.
• Implement projects using SDLC/Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with testing frameworks.
