- Lead central branding and communication efforts, delivering effective campaigns across all countries.
- Safeguard brand consistency across all channels and markets.
- Oversee corporate communication initiatives in line with company strategy.
- Manage and grow Cofftea’s social media presence, ensuring impactful engagement and alignment with brand positioning.
- Oversee media planning and buying (digital and traditional), ensuring cost-effective placement and maximum audience reach.
- Oversee the pipeline of new product development, informed by research and consumer insights.
- Establish and leverage market intelligence systems to drive data-based decision-making.
- Anticipate emerging trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Guide trade marketing managers in each country to align local activities with global objectives.
- Partner with sales leadership on sales planning, ensuring marketing initiatives directly support commercial targets.
- Ensure trade marketing efforts integrate seamlessly with sales to deliver business growth.
- Define KPIs and track delivery against objectives across all trade marketing activities.
- Supervise CRM operations to ensure accurate and actionable data.
- Use CRM insights to develop strategies that generate opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize CRM for measurable impact.
- Act as custodian of marketing strategy across all operations
- Manage marketing budgets across countries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide strategic leadership to multi-country operations, balancing global consistency with local market needs.
- Report regularly to senior leadership with insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of senior marketing experience in FMCG/consumer goods, with multi-country exposure.
- Proven expertise across branding, product development, trade marketing, CRM, digital & social media, and media buying.
- Strong track record in driving sales growth through data-driven marketing and sales planning.
- Experienced in leading cross-cultural teams and managing significant budgets with measurable ROI.
- Deep understanding of global market trends and local consumer dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English & Arabic
